Catch issues before they become costly change orders. Visualizing your house gives you an opportunity to catch mistakes, improve design and see how your furniture fits in your home.

How It Works

Step 1. Share Your Plans

The first step is to send a copy of your 2D or 3D plans. Ask your architect for a PDF of your house plans, or even better a SketchUp 2020 file. You can email or I'll set up a shared drive, or you can upload your files.

Step 2. Model in 3D

Next, I'll create a 3D model of your house using SketchUp. This becomes the basis for adding textures, color, furniture and landscaping. Timing depends on complexity of design but normal turnaround time is less than a week.

Step 3. Visualize

As I'm creating the 3D model, you'll begin compiling your materials selections. This includes paint colors, tile, carpet, siding, roofing, windows, cabinetry etc. You can even send me photos of your art and I will hang on your virtual walls. Don't worry if you don't know exactly what you want - I can provide samples and change quickly. Nothing is permanent in the model.

Step 4. Collaborate

We will use a video meeting to collaborate on the model making changes in real time to see different paint colors or furniture placement. We can spend as little or much time as you like trying different looks and ideas. It's much easier and less expensive to try something in your virtual house than once your contractor begins.

Step 5. Videos & Photos

Lastly, I will create a walk-through video, photo renderings and a VR enabled exported model (if you have a compatible VR headset)
